To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in the provided SETTE pouch in a cool, dry place when not in use.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. All orders include a tracking number sent via email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all SETTE Jewelry items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
