Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
